Have been involved in some interesting and slightly odd conversations over the past couple of days. A guy at work has decided in wants to get more in touch with his femanine, softer side. Basically he takes the piss outta the woman quite a bit so has now said he won't do it and wants to see the world more from their point of view or summin. Now, jokingly, they have all said he has 'gone gay'. He's amrried with kids and as far as I'm aware, as straight as they come.

Not writing because I'm offened, just interesting some of the ideas and opinions people have. Ocassioanlly I've corrected or said summin but as yet no one has questioned me. Not been major stuff just comments like him 'going gay' will get all the woman (not any at work) flocking round him and then he'll be able to have his pick. I've replied by saying how some woman do that to some gay men because surely they do not feel threatend. Pointing out that surely the plan will not work. They know that the guy they are with would not be interested and so can enjoy male company and not be 'on guard' the whole time. In other ways they could possibly relate to the guy more.

Another idea that came out was that 'all gay men are freindlier to females than straight men. They talk more and seem to have more time for you.' This I had to laugh at. I know plenty of straight guys that can chat and be around woman and not, generally, be after one thing. On the flip-side I know of a number of gay guys who have more male friends and get with them and, generally, not be after one thing. I think it just depends on the indivuals.

As I say nothing major. Just a bit weird with all these conversations going on and nobody knowing about me.
