And so it begins.....
Decided and found out last weekend that I'm seriously unfit. Have decided to finally do something about it so went out yesterday and bought some weights and press up bars. Figured if I've actually got something then it will keep me motivated.
Was sat here and about to write this when I thought that i should really do something else, so decided on a bike ride. Firstly, couldn't actually remember if I still had a bike. So one trip to the shed and a battle with the spiders I discover that yep there it is. No excuse now. One, or rather two, pumped up tyres later off I go. considering I've not done a proper bike ride for about 5 years now don't think I did to badly. Think I'm gonna pay tomorrow when the legs start aching.
